Parking Access Card Terms and Conditions

Dear Tenant,

Please ensure that you read and clearly understand the terms and conditions contained herein:

  1. Fee: $25.00 plus HST (Non-refundable deposit for the use of access card)
  2. Any lost, stolen, or damaged access cards will be the tenant's responsibility to replace using this online form. Property Management will receive and process with the same fee associated.
  3. The holder of this access card cannot assign or transfer without the prior written consent of property management.
  4. Tenants are subject to the terms and conditions displayed on all signs in the parking facility and along with any other conditions provided by Property Management.
  5. This applies to unreserved parking.
  6. The Property and Property Management is not responsible or liable for any injury, death, property damage, theft or disappearance occurring in, on or about the parking facility to the tenant or anyone claiming under or through the tenant. Further, it is the sole responsibility of the motorist to that his/her vehicle is driven in a safe and proper manner while entering, exiting or moving through the facility.
  7. Reserved parking spots are only allowed to be used by authorized persons.
  8. The Property and its Property Manager reserve the right to tag and tow any vehicles at the owner's expense from the garage if they are acting in an unauthorized manner.
